Elke samenwerking start met een voorbereidend gesprek waarin we vooral luisteren naar jouw behoeften. Op basis daarvan stellen wij een trainingstraject voor, dat kan bestaan uit training, individuele coaching, field coaching of een combinatie hiervan.

Onze trainingen zijn sterk interactief en praktijkgericht. De training of coaching is geen doel op zich, wij focussen op betere resultaten. Van bij de kennismaking hebt u één contactpersoon en keuze uit 6 trainers, elk met zijn / haar expertise.

Naast het geven van training, kunnen we jouw teamleden ook individueel begeleiden, door observaties tijdens klantenbezoeken en gerichte coaching nadien. Uit deze field coaching kan duidelijk worden waar de noden voor de volgende training liggen.
